30-day money-back guarantee

LG Teleocms, the operator of Letirox, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Payments for Letirox are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with your order details, or email us at support@letirox.com and we will help you raise the request. Paddle also handles billing questions, invoices and cancellations.

What happens next

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer and are typically a few business days. When a subscription is refunded, the associated workspace plan and any remaining plan allowances are deactivated.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel at any time from your workspace billing page or through Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
