Terms & Conditions

1. Who you are contracting with

Letirox ("Letirox", "the Service") is operated by LG Teleocms ("we", "us", "our"). By creating a workspace, purchasing a subscription or otherwise using the Service you enter into a binding agreement with LG Teleocms.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By continuing to access or use the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using Letirox on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using it as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into a contract.

3. The service we provide

Letirox is a subscription platform for creating, configuring, testing and operating AI calling agents. Agents can place and answer telephone calls, produce transcripts, recordings and post-call summaries. Features available to you depend on the plan you select.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell or redistribute it, or circumvent technical or usage limits.

4. Your account

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account and workspace.

5. Acceptable use

You must not use Letirox to:

  • break any law, regulation or telecommunications rule that applies to you or your callees;
  • send spam, conduct fraud, impersonate another person or organisation, or run deceptive calling campaigns;
  • place calls without the consent or lawful basis required in the recipient's jurisdiction, or record calls where disclosure or consent is required and has not been obtained;
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including malware, probing, scanning, load testing or scraping.

6. AI outputs and your content

Letirox uses automated speech and language models. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for a given purpose and must not be relied upon as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice without human oversight. You are responsible for the instructions and prompts you configure, for the knowledge content you upload, for having the rights to that content, and for how you use the outputs.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide the Service. We may remove or restrict content, filter or refuse outputs, and suspend accounts where content appears unlawful or in breach of these Terms. Rights holders may contact us at the address below to request a takedown; we may terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

7. Our intellectual property

We retain all right, title and interest in the Service, including its software, models, documentation, branding and design. Nothing in these Terms transfers our intellectual property to you.

8. Payments, billing and subscriptions

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Payment, billing, currency, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically for the billing period you selected until cancelled. See our Refund Policy for refund details.

Plans include allowances of calling minutes and AI credits. Usage is metered per workspace; allowances that are exhausted may prevent further calls until you top up or upgrade.

9. Service levels

We work to keep Letirox available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Telephony and network conditions outside our control can affect call quality and delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access where there is a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, a security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. On termination your access ends and, after a reasonable export window, your workspace data may be deleted or anonymised.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your calling activity, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. General

You may not assign this agreement without our consent; we may assign it in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets. Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LG Teleocms is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

14. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be sent to LG Teleocms at support@letirox.com. Billing and refund enquiries are handled by Paddle at paddle.net.
